The Dodgers catcher Al Lopez holds up the ball to show the umpire after placing the tag on a non-sliding Kiki Cuyler in the 5th inning. The Cubs at that point were already up 5-0 and would coast to a 8-3 win behind Stan Hack’s three RBIs.
